Something Went Wrong Please Check User Credentials and Try Again

Based on the description, I empathize that you lot are trying to login Teams desktop client but get the fault bulletin "something went wrong. Please try once again.".

If you are using Teams desktop customer on Windows please try to remove stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Command Panel to whether the problem still occurs.

When you say "I tried opening it in a different browser", may I double ostend whether you hateful that you accept as well tried to log in Teams Web customer and get the same error message?

If non, please try to log in Teams Web client via using Incognito/InPrivate browsing window (e.one thousand. latest Edge/Chrome) to check this event.

Moreover, please provide us with a detailed screenshot nearly the upshot via the Private Message so that we can better sympathize and further help yous.

Same trouble here. Teams in the browser is working merely non the app.

Tried to install it agian, tried to assign a dissimilar subscription license. Tried to remove credential.

Always stack in "Something went wrong. Please effort again."

I have tried to login with some other account that has a different license and its working, then its something with that account.

Notice the business relationship in question has installed teams for complimentary earlier getting the license... mayhap is stuck .

I have created a new account on the auto, and teams is workinig there, and so it must be something continued with the profile of the user. In the new business relationship I take created the teams app asked for password, while in the profile in question information technology automatically notice equally already singned in.

Same problem here spider web customer is working fine, but the application is not working tried to login information technology gives me the same message as usual " Something went wrong. Please try over again."

I had same consequence, I followed the process: uninstalled Teams, updated Microsoft Border and made it equally default browser and installed Teams. I was able to login through Teams awarding.

I am non able to sign up for the teams free account and getting the same mistakeSomething went wrong, Please attempt again.

I just don't empathize, what to practise.

Earlier this account was associated with another system. I deleted that arrangement in azure Advertizement gratuitous.

Created a new organization with the same email id. Organization got created, but non able to sign up for teams, using the same account.
